Thank you to everyone who joined our AMA on June 2. Your questions and feedback drive our progress, and here’s what we covered:
- Roadmap Published: Our full project roadmap is now live on our Gitbook account. We’ll also publish the detailed schedule on our website and treat the Gitbook as a living document with more updates in the Whitepaper later this month as we refine our plans. Keep an eye out for those updates!
- Missing Phone Deliveries: We’ve placed a new order to ship all outstanding devices. The estimated shipment date is now firm at August 15, 2025. The factory has our order queued, and we’ll announce any changes if they arise.
- Address Change Deadline: To ensure smooth global logistics and customs processing, all address updates must be submitted by 11:59 pm EST on June 6, 2025. - Neural 3 Phone Sales Reactivation: We’re tentatively re-launching Neural 3 Phone sales on June 23, 2025, upon concluding our global unification plan. The official start date will be confirmed on our X account. Please make sure you’re following us!
- Marketing Strategy Relaunch: As we continue building and enhancing our systems this month, we’ll also reactivate our marketing campaigns. We appreciate your patience and support as CoralApp evolves into a truly global brand.
- Points Redemption: All points you’ve accrued to date will be available to swap around the sales launch period. We’ll provide exact dates and times as we get closer.
- Dedicated Customer Support: Based on your AMA feedback, we’re assigning a bilingual community representative to handle both technical and logistics support. Once the support channel goes live, we’ll share the link so you can get help directly.
- Blockchain, Airdrops & Business Development: CoralApp remains committed to using blockchain to turn your phones into mobile networks and native dApp platforms. Our airdrop offerings are just one passive benefit. This quarter we’ll reopen airdrop partnerships to introduce you to high-quality projects in our ecosystem and we’re onboarding a dedicated business developer to drive these opportunities.
